- AIFM provides expertise, ongoing or on a consultancy basis, to clients’ internal functions in order to develop processes or make sure the entire fund management value chain is working properly and staying compliant.
- AIFM can co-source a specific function, such as the risk management function, by developing risk monitoring systems or helping an internal function with the risk assessment.
- AIFM can also provide co-sourcing to management and board of directors in order to streamline the on-going governance of the firm or by providing expertise in a specific matter.
