Governance

Our group consists of several companies all working in or providing service to the financial industry. All operational companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of AIFM Group AB (org. no. 559104-8557). The parent, AIFM Group AB, is majority-owned by key employees within the group.

Functions

Risk Management Function
The Risk Management Function is internally organized and is lead by Dan Hjörnered who is the Chief Risk Officer (CRO). The CRO reports directly to the board of directors.

Asset Management Function
The Asset Management Function is internally organized and is lead by Thomas Dahlin who is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO reports directly to the board of directors.

Compliance Function
The Complaince Function is externally organized and is provided by Hollerup & Partners. The function is lead by Cecilia Hollerup who is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). The CCO reports directly to the board of directors.

Internal Audit Function
The Internal Audit Function is externally organized and is provided by Änglarum Finanskonsult. The function is lead by Suzanne Grenz, who reports directly to the board of directors.

Valuation Function
The Valuation Function is provided by AIF Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIFM Group. The function is lead by Robin Komulainen, who is also the Cheif Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO reports, in valuation related matters, to the CRO as well as directly to the board of directors.

Administration Function
The Administration Function and back office operations is provided by AIF Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIFM Group. The function is lead by Jonathan Taylor, who is the Chief Operations Officer (COO). The COO reports directly to the CEO.

Anti-Money Laundering Function
Dan Hjörnered, who is also the CRO, is responsible for the Anti-Money Laundering Function. Dan Hjörnered reports directly to the board of director in AML-related matters.
