The calendar follows the fund.
Regulatory reporting · AIFM Capital AB
Reporting obligations depend on the fund’s legal form, authorisation, activities and relevant markets. We connect the reporting calendar with accounting, valuation and control processes, so figures can be traced to their source.
Part of the operation, not a separate spreadsheet.
Reporting draws on the fund’s books and valuation records. Preparation, review and delivery are coordinated within the agreed mandate, while retained regulatory responsibilities remain clearly identified.

From reporting calendar to submission evidence
Know what is due.
The starting point is a reporting inventory: what must be delivered, by whom and by what date. Applicable reports and frequencies are mapped to the fund and the service mandate.
Check before submission.
Data collection, consistency checks and supporting information form part of a documented workflow. The scope can include Annex IV for alternative funds and applicable UCITS reporting, according to the relevant requirements.
Keep the handover visible.
Data ownership, approvals and submission responsibilities are made explicit. Where another provider or the manager retains responsibility, the handover and follow-up are agreed in advance.
Bring the reporting calendar into focus.
Start with your structure, the work you need support with and the questions on your desk.
