A few useful
starting questions.
Practical questions about setting up and operating your fund.
Where does a first conversation start?
With the strategy and the intended investors. From there, the team can discuss the fund structure, the operating requirements and which questions need more work.
What stays with the investment manager?
Typically, the investment manager can focus solely on creating value for investors by making investment decisions and developing held assets. But each fund and fund setup is unique.
Are all funds one-size fits all?
Funds can be slim and streamlined or extremely complex. It all depends on strategy, investors, assets and target markets. Funds can also be set up outside the ManCo through a simplified registration process. Our team are happy to help you find the right solution.
How long does a launch take?
Timing depends on the structure and the different parties involved. Typically, a fund can go live within 3-4 months.
Your next fund starts with a conversation.
Discuss your fund structure, delegation arrangements and the path from an investment idea to a fund operating on our licence.
