The announcement described a planned transfer of Epoque from AIFM Capital AB to Finserve Nordic AB, expected on 1 July 2026, together with amendments to the fund rules. SAM Aktiv Ränta · change of portfolio management agreement
AIFM Capital AB announced a new portfolio management agreement with SIP Nordic Fondkommission AB from 1 May 2026, replacing Sirius Asset Management AB as portfolio manager. The announcement stated that the change did not affect the fund's investment policy, risk profile or other terms; management would continue under the applicable fund rules and prospectus. MetaSpace Fund · transfer and amended fund rules
The announcement described a planned transfer of MetaSpace Fund from AIFM Capital AB to Nowo Fund Management AB, expected on 15 April 2026, alongside amended fund rules. Unitholders were offered redemption before the transfer. The investor letter and amended fund rules are available below.
Implementation of changes
Minor amendments normally take effect following approval by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. For more significant changes, unitholders may be offered a period to buy or redeem units without additional fees before implementation. The relevant notice and fund rules set out the applicable timing, terms and any transaction costs.
